Hmm, I don't know then, what do the bounces say? Is the server down or are
they rejected and sent back to you (is that possible?)? I'd be surprised if
the uni mail server is down much, but it is pretty aggressive on spam.

Fwiw, I got couple of Council-related emails from you yesterday Tim.
