Hi, --- Original message follows --- SUBJECT: Re: Fwd: Re: Site Proposal FROM: Dave Neary DATE: 11/26/2008 9:20 am I agree - what I am hoping for is participation in the discussion of the designs. Most of the people making comments are not graphics design experts, and it'd be nice to get the opinion of some experts ;) Sure. I stand in for most of that role, of course. But, the designers are very welcome to chime in if they can. Would it really be a big cost in time to take some elements from two designs? Concretely, how much would we be delaying things? Maybe not, but we're rapidly approaching the d/l. If we can cement the design we're starting from (Andre's or Glaubert's) and the exact changes that need to be made, I'd imagine that finalization could take up to a week -- longer if we need a number of subpage mockups created (harkening back to a recent email from Bergie). Works for me. So, our (redesign team) job at this point is to choose the starting point (from the two that we have) and then document the changes that need to be made. I guess, at least, we're down to two now. Again, my vote is to start with Andre's design and provide Glaubert with the changes that need to be made. Do we need the designer's to backup their designs with a statement before we make these decisions? Tim -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
