Great, but with some remarks:

 * The yellow triangle on the left of "Not logged in" makes it look
   like a link - all the other places where you have used this triangle
   are links (see the top link row "About, ...", the apps and the news
   items); at least it adds noise - no need for that triangle there

 * Is the search box on the top going to be a drop-down list? If not,
   the arrow points in the wrong direction. It should be either point
   into the right direction or even better have the icon of a
   magnifying glass

Everybody likes screenshots, so Tim's design with these two minor things
changed using my cheap-ish Gimp skills would look like this:
