I'd don't think convincing will be much of an issue. ;)

I disagree. I'm with Tim and Jamie here, acronyms tend to be confusing  
and having a category just for PIM isn't really appropriate.

That said, perhaps replacing Office with Productivity would be more  
agreeable?
