[maemo-community] Killing the midgard wiki

I'm good with this plan.

One set of pages I may have missed in my swoop through Category:Midgard
wiki are pages which have migrated from the old wiki and were updated
afterwards - there are several plages which might need redirects in
there which aren't currently listed in the Kill the old wiki page.

Right now, I haven't figured out a way to get a list of those pages,
other than filtering a list of all the pages in the new wiki manually :}
Suggestions welcome!
