[maemo-community] Modified layout for maemo.org

Hi everybody,
We've have uploaded a new layout for the site containing some modifications
proposed on this list and closer to Tim's layout. The png image was posted
on the wiki and can be seen at
http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Improving_maemo.org on the "Maemo.org Homepage
refresh" section.
