I would really like to have the meeting at the same time as before, EU
local time. We're now in Winter time here so that would be a change to
8pm (which would be too early for me on a Tuesday). I'd like to propose
that we change the meeting time to 20:00 UTC to keep the same local time
for everyone who was previously in daylight savings (most of the USA and
all of Europe).

I appreciate that this may inconvenience some in the southern
hemisphere, if so, shout!
