The only real steps I'm aware of are:

- Marcelo and I pre-agreed that OpenBossa could work on the website
redesign in the context of a project funded by Nokia. It makes sense
since they have the logo designer and the rest of the team and ideas
that came with it. This is about money and contracts, I expect more
steps in Berlin in the Summit days.

- Yesterday we agreed in the Sprint5 planning meeting to commit on a
high level plan on http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Improving_maemo.org . Dave
coordinates this task and ideally all the community effort should
concentrate there.

After the Summit we should have this high level plan agreed, and then we
can go for specific tasks with nominated coordinators where everyone can
get involved. All this in the oopen and documented in the wiki, like the
rest of maemo.org tasks.
