[maemo-community] Incorrect election title on voting page

Honestly, if this were up to me, I would say that it needs to be the "Maemo
Community Council." I was always under the impression that maemo.org was
more than just the website and more representative of tablet users,
regardless of where they participated. But, again, "participation" was
always (in my mind) a major factor.

But, I see the side that says maemo.org membership should be the factor and
that maemo.org issues should encapsulate the community that the Council
concerns itself with.

I could go either way. But, I lean towards "Maemo Community."

One thing to consider is the future of what maemo.org *is*. As Quim stated,
there is already movement towards tighter integration between maemo.org and
itT. What if, someday, itT was actually contained under the maemo.org
banner? It's not unfounded that the Nokia Maemo team may take control of itT
-- as well as other Maemo-related websites. E.g., Reggie may not want (or be
able) to bear the responsibility of itT forever.

But, that may just be a "consider that later" sort of situation, but I like
thinking of future possibilities too.

In any case, all of this conversation is good, but... Maybe it's a better
conversation for the elected Council to figure out with Nokia Maemo after
elections are final...?
