[maemo-community] Task "Maemo brainstorm"

Got time to comment about this in Maemo Summit.

I created a page to the wiki, for thinking about the tool itself. The
brainstorming new features page contains more thinging about
brainstorming tool talking with other content, than the tool itself.
http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Maemo_brainstorm is more about the
implementation and I created it because the requirements-page didn't
seem to go anywhere. So, if you have any comment about this
brainstorming, please comment on either page, whatever suits better for
your comments.
