[maemo-community] Web design IRC meeting: Move to Wednesday

Update: Looks like I may not make this meeting after all (ugh). I've 
been adding items to Bugzilla, though, and have asked Niels and Neithan 
(privately) to commit to them.

I will try to make it, but no promises at this point.
