Hi The idea (as far as I understood from bergie) is to create the functionality in Midgard, so that the karma can be easily calculated from there. Ideatorrent runs on top of Drupal and from my point of view, installing another CMS to the server isn't a good idea. So basicly, we take the funtionality from ideatorrent and port it to Midgard. I'll clarify the wiki-page a bit.... I'm planning to start by making few layouts of the page.
