[maemo-community] Maemo Community Council: election announcement

Hi,

as I already explained in a previous email, I won't stand again for
the Maemo Council (at least for now), because I prefer dedicating my
time developing something fo Maemo (in particular working at PyMaemo
project) instead of being busy with burocratic stuff.

Anyway... I'm a bit sceptic about dates.

You say that on 27th September we'll have the new council. I suppose
you'll want to sponsor council members for the Summit, but if we only
know their names after 27th September it will be very expensive to
book their flights just 10 days before!

And this would mean a lot of wasted money.

I really would like the election to be made AFTER the Maemo Summit, it
would have more sense (in my hopinion).

What do you think about?
