This particular form of karma is really internal kitchen. We use it for
freshness, hotness. The real 'problem' we have here is that we discuss
this in public :D

A regular user will never see anything regarding this app karma. The user
will just see a nice 'HOT' category which hopefully isn't static.

We also use karma for keeping the news fresh, as long as we don't talk
about it there is no confusion :)
