Well, I have no problem moving that to extras-testing/fremantle for  
example.

I am not sure. It would be great if Niels chimed it here since he may  
have an opinion.

My understanding is that packages go through extras-testing to extras  
via the promotion interface as explained by http://wiki.maemo.org/Extras-testing
