I thought Quim's comments were very helpful and, if we address them as a team, we will end up with a much better flyer. I don't think they were intended at all personally -- I think Quim was trying to help us define what we wanted to achieve and make sure we focus our efforts towards that. Full disclosure: my day job is Marketing so maybe I sympathise too much with Quim's points. But then, maybe I can help with addressing them. There are some disadvantages but at least the committee can bring a variety of different skills together: leadership, imagination, project management together with graphic design and marketing communications, and others. I am hoping you will continue to provide the leadership for this. Graham
