[maemo-community] Brainstorm: useful?

There seems to be a bug causing that proposals in Sandbox are not
jumping to Under Vote.

In any case, now the list shows proposals with most votes... even if
they have so many that actually don't need more voters e.g.
http://maemo.org/community/brainstorm/view/undelayed_bugfix_releases_for_nokia_open_source_packages-002/

Could you fine tune the list so it would show only items with 9 karma or
less? Thanks!
