Well, we are talking about midgard here, where votes are different
component than the brainstorm it self, so some of the things aren't that
straightforward as you might think.

But, this one is allready handled in frontpage, where we query all the
ideas in sandbox.

What I mean about the cron-job being the only reasonable way, is that
doing that kind a things in cron has been sort of the "way to do it" in
midgard.
