I have trouble understanding what you meant by "now joined by the
momentum-gathering commercial interests in Forum Nokia.". Maemo
devices are by no means specific to "Forum Nokia", it is a full Nokia
endeavour aimed at end users (whereas "Forum Nokia" provides support
for developers).

The green text next to Qt logo looks pretty bad on a light background.
It might work better when printed though.

Why not enumarate the programming languages you can use BTW? That's
the stuff developers will be attracted to.

If I was doing the flyer for a "smaller audience", a backhanded
"Objective C and Java not officially supported" slap too, but that
might be a bit too snarky ;-).
