It's not so evil, but it's actually 2/3 different databases - I have to
get a dump of the maemo.org user database in text format, some awk & sed
footo get it into a mysql-inputtable format with the fields I'm
interested in, then some (fairly slow & evil) select from... group by...
stuff.

In for a penny, in for a pound - Council, what say ye to having this
question in the upcoming referendum?

It's out-of-date since Henri and Niels have included itT, wiki edits,
and we've improved a bunch of the other metrics, but I wrote up the
formula used at the last election at http://wiki.maemo.org/Karma
