If: (598 people have karma >= 25 now and 936 people voted at the last election) Then: (at least 338 people who voted last time will be inelligible this time); I am working on the exact karmic make-up of non-voters in the election last time - the first figure I can give you is that of 8400 unique email addresses with 3 karma, 7857 didn't vote, that is an abstention rate of over 93%. One of the problems we have is that email addresses aren't unique at the moment in the maemo.org database, which makes it harder to figure things out.
