Amsterdam could be a good central place with fast and cheap accesses,
there are low-coast company's flying to Amsterdam main airport and
lots of cheap trains from the nearby country's (Denmark, Germany,
Belgium, France...). As a example I paid around 20 € for a trip from
Amsterdam to Brussels.
