i'd suggest that the download icon have a smaller border radius for
the top curves. it looks more like a knob or something. there should
be a flat top base 60-80% of the width of the arrow stem.

For presenting icons, please try to have offish things in the same
column. To improve your current display, that means either swapping
online and offline, or reversing all the others (it'd actually be
better to have the bright color in the left column)
