because the summit should be linked to another important event (like
OSiM for example), and this year OSiM will be in Amsterdam.
Then it would be nice to choose a different country, so there is the
possibility to get more developers from that new country. Just my
idea...

Anyway, if we should vote, c-base would be fine for me too.
