Since the bottleneck is usually the biggest room for keynotes and all
hands meetings, let's go for a place able to get at least 250 people
sitting in a room.

AND

2 or 3 more rooms with capacity for 100 people. Compromises can be made
e.g. one secondary room can host 120 people and the other one just 60.
We can then accommodate the schedule.
