I'm sorry, proposed by _whom_?! Nokia had absolutely nothing to do
with the proposal or implementation of the community council. The
original idea came from Andrew Flegg, was pushed by Andrew, Simon and
myself, and completed by Dave.

Again, to be clear (the impression that the council is some sort of
Nokia-blessed body organized to manage the community is _not_ one I
want to see proliferated. . . .), Nokia had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do
with the idea or the implementation of the community council. It was
proposed by the community and implemented by the community.
