[maemo-community] Provisional Maemo Community Council referenda results are in!

Yes - for 9 votes, I wouldn't have had to go hack OpenSTV to count the
elections. Sheesh!

And 2 votes between keeping 25 karma and reducing the karma requirement
to 10 - I was surprised, but happy to see that there was a large
majority of those who voted who wanted to have a karma requirement for
voting.

Finally, I'm wondering if all of the people in favour if RRV
strategically voted for STV as the lesser of two evils ;-)
