[maemo-community] [Council] Voting system progress?

Hi Ian,

I contacted the guys behind Selectricity. I'mm try to get an account &
see if it's suitable.

The biggest problems are going to be the ones we had last time: who is
the electorate, and how do we get them available to vote? Importing
voters into Selectricity doesn't look easy, and we're probably going to
have yet another long & acrimonious discussion on who gets to vote in
the elections this time around.

Cheers,
Dave.
