Yes, maemo.nokia.com will be the starting point of maemo experience for
end-users and we are also planning an developer section that would then
guide people to maemo.org. The content for this developer section is
still unknown and in this I would like to get input from the community
and the council. 

The maemo.org + talk.maemo.org redesigns needs to immediately guide
end-users to maemo.nokia.com. This is still somewhat of an unfinished
task looking the current redesigns of maemo.org.
