[maemo-community] Proposal for new community role

I was thinking about who does what for the community and I wondered whether it
would make sense to sponsor a new role.

We have (thanks Andrew) docmaster, bugmaster, webmaster & debmaster

Jamie recently said over on -developer
  Oh and can I say, HUGE potential in harvesting open source developers
  to develop for Nokia in QT for not only Internet Tablets but Phones too!

and my thought was ... "yeah but it'll look crap"

So how do we help fix that?

Answer: a flashmaster.... someone who can make it look flash ;)

A graphic-designer/UI designer type role. Maybe an organisational role.

We have benefited immensely in the Mer area from wazd's contributions and I
wonder how more applications could use this kind of help.
