[maemo-community] Maemo Summit schedule & org workflow

A note here to say that I have started drafting a proposal for a Maemo
Summit agenda:

Based on previous discussions and experiences, I think the best place to
discuss all the organization of the Summit is talk.maemo.org. Wiki
discussion pages and this mailing list could serve the purpose too but
now we have a great infrastructure for discussion an plenty of people at
tmo, hence:

The workflow proposed:

- Draft proposals in wiki
- Announce them in the maemo.org forum at tmo and wherever else you want
(your blog etc), optionally.
- Update wiki pages according to discussions.
