I maintain something like 30 source packages which in the end will result in 100+ binary packages in the repositories. I takes me about a whole week of work since I start uploading the sources to the autobuilder, fixing things and ensuring everything is working before promoting the resulting packages to extras. I strongly agree with stable/testing/experimental, but I'm a bit worried about how much would it cost for the maintainers to start working with this new structure if we keep the process as it is nowadays. The big question is, where and how we could improve?? Best regards, Etrunko -- Eduardo de Barros Lima INdT - Instituto Nokia de Tecnologia eblima at gmail.com
