[maemo-community] Eligible voters [urgent] (was Re: Elections - vote soon!)

Dave, thanks again for your efforts in organising the referenda and elections.

*25* karma? This should be 10!

Reasoning:
  * Referendum #1's result made *no change* to item #3 in the election
    constitution.

  * Referendum #2's result changed the criteria to "karma of 10 or above
    [and over 3 months]" with *no exclusions*.

I propose we act quickly:
  1) send out ballots for the people with karma 10-24
  2) extend the election for a period of 3 days.

Anybody disagree?
