I don't mean to be a pest about this... but the discussion about what
the various proposals for the referenda would be moved off-list and was
discussed by the council at one stage (after a long & sometimes heated
discussioon which, admittedly, didn't look like it would get a final
result), so feedback was difficult for people outside of the council &
myself during that time.

Also, you had feedback from me at the time that the referendum for the
next election wasn't necessary, and you should just have 1 referendum
for election requirements, and have it ally to all future elections. I
don't mean to say I told you so, just pointing out that feedback was
there, but I was happy to execute the council's wishes.
