Yes but we have 5 positions so I'd like to select 5 people and see all 
of them in the council and only then think like this for 6th position. 
Actually I'm not sure if proportional or any other method would make any 
real difference in the results but still I have this (possibly wrong) 
feeling and my mind cannot wrap around this concept of having one vote 
for selecting 5 preferred people :-)
