Hello guys, Thanks Quim for the suggestions, they will be accounted for. Guys, this project was approved and it's being done. Instead of discussing whether it's a good thing or not, we could focus on improving the idea to fit the needs of everyone who's interested. And besides, people will always have the option to use or not those plugins inside Canola. If they think those will make their lives easier, why not having them? I'm sure that all these projects will help improve Canola, not just by adding features, but finding and fixing issues in it's core and all the modules around it, such as terra or maybe even EFL. I think that everyone is already starting the projects and are willing to give their best to add cool features for our favorite player! So I wish good luck for all GSoC students involved with Maemo, and I hope the community helps and inspires us during the development. Cheers.
