[maemo-community] Orphaned pages & FAQ update

Hi all,

Progress is slow, but progress is being made.

In the past few days, ossipena and smarsh have been working on improving
the Frequently asked questions
http://wiki.maemo.org/Frequently_asked_questions - we have merged a
number of older questions & answers page into this one, and help is
needed now organising the information in there.

Ideally, answers will be one line pointing to another wiki page - unless
the question really can be answered in 2 or 3 sentences.

We also now have a Developer FAQ http://wiki.maemo.org/Developer_FAQ -
the result of the merge of the SDK & Scratchbox, autobuilder and
extras-testing FAQs. Additions and revisions welcome.

And on the orphaned pages front, as of now, we're down to 85 orphans,
with Mer and Task:s representing, I think, low-hanging fruit that would
get us down under 50 with a few man-hours work.

So - all help welcome, all hands on deck, there's a lot of clean-up to
be done in the wiki, and we've only really scratched the surface of the
harder stuff (reviewing, re-writing, merging, and deleting content).
