My preference would be a separate "Terminal Apps" category in HAM with the apps not subdivided into further subcategories. Nokia is shipping X Terminal in the default image, so I'm against pretending that terminal apps don't exist, but I'm also against confusing new users by presenting terminal apps mixed in the same lists with more user-friendly GUI apps.
