Hi all, I'm looking for volunteers to commit to time-keeping & question taking duties during the Summit, to ensure we don't run wildly over time in any tracks. The timekeeper will have a piece of paper with "5 mins" written on it, to indicate to the presenter when they're running out of time, and will handle the taking of questions & handing out of mic at the end of the presentation, to ensure that everything is finished up after 25 mins. In addition, timekeepers will brief presenters beforehand to let them know the signals (5 mins signal, including Q&A, where you'll be sitting, etc). So that no-one is overly burdened with timekeeping activities, I'm not asking anyone to do more than 2 hours - you commit to staying in a track you'd want to see anyway between two breaks. I'm looking for 12 volunteers, one per room for before lunch, between lunch and coffee and after coffee on Saturday, and before lunch on Sunday. Can anyone interested please mail me, please? I'm keeping track of volunteers and slots available in http://wiki.maemo.org/Maemo_Summit_2009/Organization Thanks!
