[maemo-community] Co-Creation Day informations?

Hi all,

probably I missed something on t.m.o. or maemo.org website, but....
cannot find any information about how to follow the co-creation day.
When we talked about this on t.m.o. some one talked about audio/video
streaming (maybe I could be wrong), live updates on Twitter and at
least a website where people could find any kind of information.

I really don't know how to follow it and I would be very interested in doing it!
