[maemo-community] Wiki Action Group: first task

Hi all,

I have 2 very concrete tasks for the wiki action group that I think we
could get dome pretty quickly working together:

1. Ensure that every page in http://wiki.maemo.org/Special:Lonelypages
is either linked from somewhere or deleted.

Examples:
* To be deleted:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Proof-read_Human_Interface_Guidelines/*
* To be linked to from hierarchy (perhaps Mer/Sprints?):
http://wiki.maemo.org/Mer/Roadmap
* To be merged with existing pages: http://wiki.maemo.org/Maemo5_101
(merge with [[Maemo basics]])

2. Create portal pages for the following content:

* Community council (lots of orphaned pages - needs a nicer page to
redirect people
* maemo.org staff
* Google Summer of Code (again, lots of orphaned material)
* Getting started with Maemo (lots of nice information coming in
recently, needs channelling & organising)
* Maemo roadmap & goals (organise all of the Tasks, Objectives and
100Days, 2010 Agenda material into a nice coherent hierarchy)

The second is kind of related to the first, in that creating those 5
portal pages will allow us to link a lot of currently orphaned material.

To help things along, I'm going to be keeping count - once a week, on
Monday morning - of how many pages are listed in
http://wiki.maemo.org/Special:Lonelypages

For reference, that number is now 202.

Let's track the various content in the wiki, off the Maemowiki Action
Group page.
