It would be cool if we could somehow integrate LinkedIn, which publishes an API. Membership of LinkedIn groups (maemo, maemo daemons, et al) should be a field at the very least (and one-to-many at that). I added this field with the freelancers in mind, but can be changed to "contact(s)" or something else, fell free to edit :) I would like also to generate more activity in the Maemo Jobs board[1]. I'm searching for the responsible for the page/email, if someone have clues please tell me. Thanks!! There is demand already, and not only from Nokia as usual, but also from other companies willing to get software and services integrated to Maemo. I see no reason why this demand won't grow. Also, if you want to work on maemo for a living make sure http://forum.nokia.com/maemo knows about you. They can help you in many ways. What about create a wiki page with professionals ready to work on Maemo (as Quim suggested above), something very simple with links (profile, linkedin,..) and personal intentions (looking for a job, internship, freelancer...). IMO will help the companies looking for professionals and the professionals himself. Don't know if forum.nokia provides something similar. First draft here: http://wiki.maemo.org/Maemo_professionals Help needed: - Introduction - Define a category for the page - Check if table fields are sane or we need more information.
