To my knowledge, no. :( This is one of my favourite MoinMoin features
not present in MediaWiki.

There is this:
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Category#Applying_.22Related_Changes.22_to_a_category

For example:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Special:Recentchangeslinked/Category:Basics

This allows you to track changes in all pages in a given category. Watch
out for category pollution, though.
