some of the fields don't quite sit right, "available/busy" doesn't make sense because a person may not wish to note that publicly and will never remember to come here to update them.

I added this field with the freelancers in mind, but can be changed to "contact(s)" or something else, fell free to edit :)

I would like also to generate more activity in the Maemo Jobs board[1]. I'm searching for the responsible for the page/email, if someone have clues please tell me.

Hi, this would fall on my lap. At least I have modified the page in the past on request from Nokia human resources.
