For those not familiar with Nokia Pilots:

I agree on your generic request, but it shouldn't be addressed by adding
"missing categories" to maemo.org bugzilla but adding Maemo related
campaigns to Nokia Pilots.

The reason not to have these categories in bugs.maemo.org is that it's
fairly impossible that someone related with devices, hardware, packaging
will follow those components and discuss problems openly. I believe that
even Nokia Pilots is based on a closed dialog vis-a-vis.

Maybe we could have started this with the 300 pre-production devices in
the Maemo Summit, but there was no time. Also we did want to have the
software bugs reported in bugs.maemo.org and not anywhere else.

Real customers have the Nokia Care channels and retailers to report
problems on devices, accessories and sales packs. Now you didn't get a
sales device so yes, the situation is tricky. If the problems are
relevant send them to me and I'll forward. If they are proposals for
improvement you can use http://maemo.org/community/brainstorm/ - where
there are categories for hardware and accessories.
