Yes, please do this but only for those with very valid exceptions e.g.
coming with partner. The expense claims give a lot of extra work to
already busy people.

Thank you for your understanding!

These cases need to be also clearly documented in the Accommodation
page, so everybody can see clearly how many beds are left from the group
booking at Ibis.
