Hi, I kinda implemented something like this for the Maemo port of the Eye of GNOME. What I did was, if you tap twice and the second time you touch the screen, you can drag your finger to zoom the image. Dragging to the right (or diagonal right) will increase the zoom, dragging to the left will decrease it. You can check the EOG code here, look for src/eog-scroll-view.c (don't forget it's on the "mobile" branch): http://git.igalia.com/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=eog.git;a=summary and you can watch a video of EOG here: (the zoom with one finger is done at 00:50): http://vimeo.com/5406847 Hope it helps. -- Joaquim Rocha Igalia · Free Software Engineering Aniello Del Sorbo wrote: > Hi guys, > > I've submitted this idea to the Nokia UX Manager and he liked it, but > I didn't give him much details on it as we were finishing up the > dinner. > > What do you think about it? > > http://maemo.org/community/brainstorm/view/zoom_in-out/ > > I would love to see this implemented sometime in Fremantle (one of the > next updates). > > -- > anidel > Sent from London, Eng, United Kingdom > _______________________________________________ > maemo-community mailing list > maemo-community at maemo.org > https://lists.maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-community
