[maemo-community] Summit hotel room allocation & management

I think that could be worked out directly at the hotel?

Usually they give you whatever room is free at the time of the check-in.
You might call them and tell them you're going to stay more nights
sponsored by Nokia and they'll block the room from the pool of the
Nokia rooms.

That's my suggestion.
