Just avoid that soft metrics (like personal preferences) turn the community (or parts of it) into clubs with little contact to the outside world - I'm pretty sure we picked up a few young titans in the last few months, but these guys are nowhere on our 'experienced' preference maps even though they are essential to the future of the community. There is already a schism (IRC, the lists, TMO and FNO already feel like four different planets to me), there is IMHO no need to split this further on a buddy basis. Regards, Attila
