I don't know if Jonathan has taken over Kenny's task, or if he is just
helping. We (KDE Spain) were told to ask Jonathan. I have no idea if
there is still room for talks. Contact Jonathan, his IRC nick is
"Riddel" (#kubuntu-devel, #kde-devel, etc)
